Professor Caldwell has succee presenting, with perfect clearn subject, which, to many, is new.ton's News Letter, for Feb. 1845.

The first subject [the Voice,] is trated in such a manner as to exh the eye nearly all the different ments of the voice, as well as the ent tones suited to all kinds of d sition; suggesting many useful hin might be highly serviceable to the speaker, by teaching him the ar managing his vocal organs as to pr his own health, while at the sam his discourse would be rendered more effective.

The subject of Gesture is illus by no less than one hundred di figures, exhibiting as many differe tudes and positions of the feet, limbs, head, trunk, hands, &c., and ing out many faults often committ public speakers.
